The Hive was built for our community, in our community. Madison County is a rural maternal health desert — no OB providers in the county, no public transit, and too many families stretched thin. We exist to close that gap: to make sure a pregnant mom here has the same shot at a healthy pregnancy, a safe baby, and a steady start as anyone anywhere.
Our work stands on four pillars — maternal support, family resource, recovery mentorship, and connecting community. We meet people with warmth and dignity instead of judgment. We’re a program of the Madison County Health Coalition, and we’re proud to be a small organization that knows its neighbors by name.
